Care services FAQs

What does Daily Living Support include?

It covers personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming and hygiene), meal preparation, household tasks like cleaning and laundry, and mobility assistance around your home and community.

Do you provide transport for community activities?

Yes. As part of Social & Community Participation, we provide reliable transport to and from social and community activities, alongside group outings and skill-development sessions.

Is community nursing delivered at home?

Yes. Our qualified nurses deliver clinical care — including wound management, medication administration and chronic disease management — within the comfort of your own home, along with health education and personalised plans for complex needs.

Are your support workers screened and trained?

Every NDP staff member holds a National Police Clearance, a Working with Children Card and an NDIS Worker Screening Check, and completes the NDIS Worker Orientation module before starting.
