About us
About the Organisation
The National Disability Provider (NDP) was born out of the desire to offer premium, meaningful services to enhance the lives of individuals with disabilities. Our fervor lies in aiding our clients in becoming independent, reaching their personal goals, and maintaining a satisfying, healthy lifestyle. We adhere to a person-centric approach to care, with empathy, compassion, and kindness forming the backbone of our ethos.
We remain dedicated to providing care that puts the individual at the heart of the service, while staying true to values of kindness, empathy, and compassion.
Our team is comprised of individuals who are not only caring and committed, but also reliable, friendly, and trustworthy, with excellent communication skills. To ensure safety and professionalism, we mandate that all our staff members secure a National Police Clearance, a Working with Children Card, and an NDIS Worker Clearance. Furthermore, they are required to complete the NDIS Worker Orientation module prior to starting their roles.
